Craig has fifteen years' experience as a family lawyer and is head of the firm’s Family Law team. Craig is regularly called upon to provide reports at Dundee Sheriff Court and is regularly appointed as Safeguarder by the local authority. Craig will guide you through the legal process and provide support and expert legal advice. He will endeavour to reduce conflict and improve communication and understanding. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Family Mediator and has practised Collaborative Law for four years and is Chairperson of the Scottish Collaborative Family Law Group.

Jennifer has in excess of ten years’ experience advising in family cases. Jennifer is a mediator and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Family Mediator. She is also a trained collaborative lawyer. Jennifer advises in high value divorce cases and has a particular interest in child law. She is committed to alternative dispute resolution in family cases and appreciates the importance of balancing robust representation of her clients’ interests with safeguarding lines of communication for the future in cases involving children.

From the outset Dawn will set clients at ease and deals with enquiries promptly and efficiently. Dawn combines sound legal knowledge with common sense and professionalism. Dawn works closely with Craig Samson and the rest of the Family Law Team in Dundee, consistently delivering a high quality service for clients and smoothing the way through what can be an intensely difficult and stressful period in their life.
Dawn studied as a Family Law Paralegal at Strathclyde University in Glasgow, graduating in 2009 and has over nine years experience in this area.
Karyn Lennon

Karyn is a Family Law Paralegal based in the Forfar branch. Karyn is often the first point of contact to clients in both the Forfar and Arbroath branches from initial communications to progressing forward. Karyn qualified in 2006 from the University of Strathclyde and has over 10 years experience. Karyn is aware that clients may be going through a traumatic experience and has the ability to make the clients feel at ease and deal with their enquiries in a sensitive and professional manner.
