Blackadders’ conveyancing team grows with appointment of Susie Clark

Blackadders to merge with Plenderleath Runcie

Blackadders has appointed Susie Clark as an associate solicitor in its Dundee office.

Ms Clark will help to develop the firm’s conveyancing credentials and portfolio of clients in Dundee and Angus. She has over two decades of experience as a property lawyer and will reinforce the firm’s position in the residential property market in the area.

Lindsay Darroch, board member and head of property at Blackadders, said: “It is great to welcome a solicitor of Susie’s calibre to the team and her appointment is the latest sign of our commitment to invest in our residential property team.

“She joins as a highly-respected lawyer with an enviable knowledge of the local residential market and I have no doubt she will be a real asset for Blackadders and our clients as we continue to grow.”

Prior to joining Blackadders, Ms Clark worked for Bowmans Solicitors in Forfar and before that with Robertson & Black in Blairgowrie.

Commenting on her new role, she said: “I have watched Blackadders expand its presence across Scotland over the past few years and I am excited to help the firm continue to grow. Through its considerable regional credentials, Blackadders has the feel of a small, local firm but with a fantastic network of expertise across the country to call upon.”
