Blackadders 1st & 2nd year trainees are competing in the Dragons Glen Challenge to raise vital funds for the charity Children 1st.
The Blackadders’ team had to pitch a business idea to a panel of "Dragons" in return for an investment of £500 and mentoring from their "Dragon". The team have five months to turn their investment into £5,000 or more to help support vulnerable children.
The Blackadders’ Dragons Glen team - Stephen Annis, Blair Duncan, Rachel Crighton, Millie Crocker, Corah Edgar, Robyn Lee, Duncan Milne, Lesley Shand, Andrew Shaw and Kasia Thomson - have created a Culinary Calendar with 15 recipes (15 month calendar) ranging from Slow Cooked Beef to Crème Brûlée. The recipes for the calendar were provided by eateries across Tayside and Fife (see below) – they have all sponsored a page.
