Blackadders held a 'Go Purple Day' across all its offices, on the 7th of June, to raise vital funds for Alzheimer Scotland during 'Dementia Awareness Week'. Staff wore an item of purple clothing to work and many signed up to become a dementia friend online, raising a total of £372.46 for Alzheimer Scotland on the day.

Additionally, Corah Edgar Trainee Solicitor within the Blackadders Private Client Team wrote a blog 'Power of Attorney – Planning our Affairs' - highlighting the measures that can be taken to ensure affairs are in order in the event of a diagnosis.

Alzheimer Scotland provides a wide range of specialist services for people with dementia and their carers. For information visit www.alzscot.org
