Head of Property Lindsay Darroch commented “We are delighted with the firm’s success in the Perth area. The Perth property market has been challenging but we continue to grow our market share.”

Joanne Grimmond, who previously worked for Blackadders in their Dundee and Edinburgh offices before relocating to Head up the Perth office, commented that “We have a strong team  based within our Perth office, 6 of whom work in our property department and cover estate agency and the marketing of property for sale in the whole of Perthshire. From first time buyers to experienced property investors, our team work together to assist clients with house moves across Scotland, including clients looking to relocate from England and Wales or abroad. Whether it is a listed building or a new-build property, our team will ensure that our clients understand the buying and selling process, receive essential advice at the offer stage, and know that we are here to help guide them throughout their sale or purchase”.
