The seminar offers an overview of business succession issues with special emphasis on employee ownership as an exit strategy in a difficult market.

Co-operative Development Scotland promotes employee ownership on behalf of the Scottish Government, and the topic will be brought to life by Dick Philbrick who opted for employee ownership of Clansman Dynamics trade sale or MBO.
