Congratulations to Blackadders’ Partner Joanne Grimmond and Solicitors, Maxine Chiverton, Robyn Lee and Ross Wallace, who all passed their STEP exams. STEP is the global professional association for those advising families across generations.
Joanne who is head of the Blackadders’ Perth office and Ross who is based in Glasgow were both awarded Distinction for the STEP exam on Wills & Executries - Law & Practice Scotland. Maxine was awarded Distinction for her STEP exam on Trusts – Law & Practice Scotland.
Robyn was awarded Distinction for her STEP exam in Taxation of Trusts and Estates. This represents Robyn’s final exam in gaining the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland). Having also gained Distinction in her three preceding exams in Wills & Executries: Law & Practice, Trusts: Law & Practice, and Trust and Executry Accounting, she completes her Diploma with an award of overall Distinction.
Joanne commented “I am very pleased that my colleagues and I have achieved these results and that our hard work and commitment to the course studies has paid off. STEP qualifications provide assurance to clients that they are receiving advice from solicitors with enhanced knowledge and understanding of their field of practice.”
