A well-known and experienced lawyer, Emma Gray, has joined Blackadders as partner and head of the firm’s commercial property team. Emma joins the firm having trained and worked for the last 13 years with a pre-eminent Scottish commercial law firm.
Dual qualified in Scottish and English law, Emma is an experienced all-round property practitioner with particular strengths in the acquisition and disposal of investment and development properties as well as landlord and tenant negotiations, particularly in the office, retail and leisure sectors.
Her practical experience includes taking on key legal responsibilities in several major UK property deals during which she worked closely with some of the country’s major corporate lenders.
Commenting on her appointment, Emma Gray said “I am delighted to be joining Blackadders. The firm has an excellent reputation in legal circles and I am determined to add value to what is already a hugely experienced and well-respected property team.
