Hazel is a Director in the Blackadders’ Rural Land & Business Team and has built up considerable experience since qualifying in 2009. Hazel advises on a wide variety of rural property matters including the acquisition, disposal and leasing of agricultural property and estates, as well as advice on refinancing/security work. Hazel also regularly assists farming families with their succession planning, with a particular focus on farming partnerships, and also advises clients on telecoms mast sites, Option Agreements, Deeds of Servitude and rights surrounding pre-emptions, to name a few.

Hazel is a well-known face in the agricultural sector and fully understands the demands placed on our farming clients, being from a farming family herself.  She is regularly praised by clients for her efficiency and when dealing with their affairs, as well as her willingness to find solutions.
