Mediation is a voluntary process in which both parties try to reach agreement on the issues between them.
What is Mediation?
Mediation is when an independent party, known as a mediator, helps both sides to reach an agreement.
Both parties must be willing to attend sessions together.
If an agreement is reached then a solicitor will prepare a formal agreement.
